COMISSION TOS:

I reserve the right to reject / terminate a commission if the client is rude or asks me to draw subject matter I am not comfortable with.
Clients may use the work I draw for personal use ONLY. Any plans to distribute my work commercially must be communicated and negotiated with me first.
My works cannot be minted into NFT's or used to train Ai art models.
Refunds can only be issused in full if I haven't started work on a piece . After a commission is past 25% completion only partial refunds can be offered. Once the piece is 75% done - nearly finished refunds can no longer be requested by the client.

Em Guczal is a Chicago based illustrator, concept artist, and printmaker/pyrographer. Their work revolves around fantastical and sometimes uncanny imagery. Much of their work is inspired by medieval manuscripts and old style inked storybook illustration.Em studied at Columbia College Chicago to earn their BA in Illustration.
